About Me
Hey there! I'm Schism, an IT Infrastructure Engineer dedicated to ensuring seamless network connectivity and smooth IT operations. I specialize in keeping systems running efficiently, supporting the technology backbone of our office building.Whether it's troubleshooting issues or optimizing infrastructure, I strive to deliver reliable solutions that keep everything online and operational.Outside of work, I’m passionate about personal projects that I truly enjoy. I enjoy building and flying FPV drones, learning to code with Python and JavaScript, and astronomy.
My Work
I currently work for a large, multi-national marketing and advertising company which has a network of over 70+ agencies spanning 34+ countries.I provide Infrastructure support along with my team, ensuring that the cloud or on-prem servers continue to run effectively, along with networking and on-site operation management.The below images relate to some of the many SaaS platforms and tools that I use on a daily basis during my work.
My Projects
My current working project is an FPV drone! If you're not sure what one of those is, feel free to watch this video here. While this video may be pretty long, you can get the idea of what I've constructed!All parts of my drone have been put together by myself. None of it is prebuilt like you'd get with a DJI drone! I'll end up putting videos together somewhere and put a link here.In between working on my drone and socializing, I'm learning to code with Python and C#. I'm mainly using C# whenever I work on Unity as I make worlds for a game called VRChat. Python is a language I'm just dabbling in; maybe I'll make something with it!I'll eventually add a GitHub repo here for people to browse and take a look at what I'm working on.
